In 1965, SGV moved from its building on T.M. Kalaw Street in Manila to a new 14-storey home on Ayala Avenue in Makati. The SGV I Building was drawn by Filipino artist Mauro “Malang” Santos for the SGV Christmas card that year.
In 1967, Malang once again drew the cover design of the SGV Christmas card and included the SGV II Building which was acquired earlier to accommodate the increasing manpower of the practice.
The SGV Development Center on Dela Rosa Street was built in 1977 to house the management services and training groups.
