Postscript A Good Night’s Sleep
Believing that proper basic education can
help us rise above poverty, Wash SyCip
conceptualized, initiated and funded the
Zero Dropout Education Scheme program,
aimed to reduce the dropout rate among
public elementary school children, through
the WS Family Foundation.
Wash worked with CARD MRI on this
program to provide small loans directed at
farmers and fishermen in poverty-stricken
villages so that they can buy school supplies,
uniforms, and slippers for their children to
be able to go to school.
Wash joins other guests
during the retirement
of Dr. Aris Alip on
April 22, 2017. Wash
was one of the keynote
speakers in the event.
Wash with his son George, Dr. Aris Alip and Dr. Alip and Wash discuss a fund-raising
his team in a meeting regarding the partnership campaign for the Zero Dropout Program.
between WS and the CARD Bank.
